Wesley House offers older adults quality, affordable living for those 55 and over in a professionally managed rental community with comfortable and well-equipped one- and two-bedroom apartment homes located on the campus of Quincy Village, a Life Plan Community.

Located in Waynesboro, Franklin County, the three story apartment building includes 27 one-bedroom and 9 two-bedroom rental apartments for seniors. The apartment floor plans range from 626 to 885 square feet.  The campus is wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly and tobacco-free. Accommodations for hearing and/or vision-impaired residents are also available.

Our on-site Resident Services Coordinator is available to help residents with applications for food assistance, prescription assistance, and other entitlement applications as well as provide planning support for community social activities. Being a resident of a Presbyterian Senior Living Affordable Senior Housing community does not guarantee admittance into any of Presbyterian Senior Living's Supportive Care Communities; however, every effort will be made to accommodate the needs of our residents in a timely manner.

Where is the community?

Wesley House is an affordable community for those 55 years of age and older, located on our Quincy Village campus in Waynesboro. The address for the management office is 6596 Orphanage Rd, Waynesboro, PA, 17268. Our telephone number is 717-749-2391 TTY#711.

Are there income guidelines to live at Wesley House?

There are both minimum and maximum income limits. The income limits vary according to the number of persons in your household. Incomes which fall below the advertised income limits may be considered with a qualified lease guarantor, Section 8 Housing Choice voucher, VASH, or other housing voucher. Please call for further details.

Please Note: Apartments within the community have different income limits. An applicant’s income-eligibility must be determined as it relates to an available apartment. If an applicant does not meet the income requirements for a particular available apartment, they may retain their current place on the waiting list as long as their household income is not less than the minimum or more than the maximum income limits for the community.

 

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. There is a small non-refundable application fee per applicant.

Are any utilities included in the rent?

YES! Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and all electric including heat and air conditioning. You can take comfort in the fact that you’ll know what your living expenses will be each month.

Is there enough storage?

Each apartment has ample closet space.

Are window coverings provided?

Mini blinds are provided on each window. Residents are welcome to further install their own window treatments.

Are there any services or activities?

Our Resident Services Coordinator will assist residents to find services they need. The Community Room has a television with cable TV and many activities are held there. Examples of activities include monthly meetings, potluck dinners, movie or game nights, bingo, music night, speakers and resources, and theme parties around the holidays, as well as health and wellness programs.
