Hope Manning

Hope has been with Presbyterian Senior Living for more than 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her position. She has been responsible for overseeing the management and operations of Personal Care, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, Transportation and At-Home Services. In addition, Hope works directly with our Independent Living residents and serves as a staff representative for our Independent Living Council, while developing ongoing relationships with residents and staff to assure continuity of care throughout the community. In coordination with the Marketing Department, Hope also manages the customization and preparation of cottages and apartments for our new residents.

Cheryl manages the inquiry process for admissions to the Health Center. Along with other team members, Cheryl assesses the holistic needs of each individual resident and recommends admission based upon the ability to meet those needs. She works with referral sources to streamline the admissions process and to prepare the Interdisciplinary Team for pending admissions.

Ryan manages inquiries, tours and the move-in process for Quincy Village Independent Living services. He promotes Quincy Village at a variety of off-site and in-house events that bring prospective residents to our community.
Joanna Stine
Personal Care Administrator

Joanna is responsible for the general administration of Personal Care and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. She oversees the admission process, supervises staff, coordinates marketing and provides assessments for the residents to meet their individual needs. Joanna has been involved with long-term care for more than 18 years and holds her Administrator’s license in Pennsylvania.

Jill has over 10 years experience in the long term care industry and started her career at one of our sister facilities Woodland Retirement Center. She is responsible for Quincy Village’s Heath Care Center success and compliance in accordance with established Presbyterian Senior Living policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations. Jill is dedicated to providing the highest quality healthcare and service to the residents and families of Quincy Village.

When it comes to resident-driven activities, Sue acts as our Independent Living residents’ primary contact for the creation and coordination of activities and events. In addition, she is responsible for the organization and supervision of the volunteer programs in the community; the coordination and support of community enrichment and lifelong learning programs; as well as other opportunities to recruit, engage and train caring and dependable volunteers. She oversees the two gift shops and is a liaison to the Quincy Care Auxiliary and the train club. Through innovation, creativity and teamwork, Sue works cooperatively with all of the departments on campus to identify resident needs and connect them with volunteers who will help maximize their quality of life. Sue has her M.A. Ed. and has worked with senior adults for more than 20 years.

Vita comes to Quincy with over 36 years experience in both acute care and long term care. She has served in varying capacities within the industry including Director of Nursing. She is a Navy veteran having seen active duty as a Hospital Corpsman. She has served as a member of several advisory boards for schools of nursing in the area and on outreach committees to foster Nursing as a chosen career for young men and women. Vita graduated from Scranton State Hospital School of Nursing and attended the University of Scranton.

As part of Genesis Rehabilitation Services, Connie provides individualized and comprehensive Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services to residents in the Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Independent Living settings. She also offers outpatient services to the surrounding community. Connie achieves continued health and fitness goals through our Wellness Program, which offers a wide range of exercise and fitness programs designed to help the Assisted and Independent Living residents maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle.
